HOW TO USE ÍUM

A simple guide to understanding our product types, placing your order, and knowing what happens next.

STEP 01

Choose Your Product

Browse albums, merchandise, and other products. Each product page shows the price, available versions, and product type.

STEP 02

Check the Product Tags

Product tags help you quickly understand the item type and whether it is a new release or includes a special pre-order benefit. All products without a Pre-Order or Local Stock tag are part of the Korea Purchase Service.

Pre-Order Pre-Order The item is available to order before its official release date.
Local Stock Local Stock The item is already in Iceland and ready for faster local dispatch.
New New Release A newly released or recently added product on ÍUM.
POB Pre-Order Benefit The item includes a special pre-order benefit when indicated on the product listing.
STEP 03

Choose Your Version & Order

For Local Stock items, you can select an available version directly on the product page. For Korea Purchase Service items, you can write your preferred version in the cart, and we will do our best to source it for you, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Then choose the quantity, add the item to your cart, and complete checkout.

STEP 04

Follow Your Order

For Korea Purchase Service orders, orders are collected every 5 days. You can check the next order deadline on our Order Calendar.

STEP 05

Delivery

Once your order is ready, it is handed over to Dropp or Pósturinn for local delivery. We keep you updated throughout the entire order process, so you can follow each stage from order processing to final delivery.

How do I identify Korea Purchase Service products?
