01. Delivery Timeline
- Pre-Order: Pre-order items ship from Korea according to their official release date. Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days after the release date. You will receive your local tracking number once your parcel is handed over from our Reykjavík office to the courier for final delivery. Processing and delivery updates will be provided via email or SMS.
- Korea Purchase Service: Customer orders are consolidated every 5 days and then placed with our suppliers in Korea. Delivery from Korea to your doorstep takes approximately 7–14 days. For detailed shipping dates, please refer to our Order Calendar. Once all items in your order arrive at our Reykjavík office, your parcel is dispatched for delivery. We keep you informed throughout the entire process via email or SMS.
- Local Stock: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will ship the following day. Dispatched from our Reykjavík office, local delivery typically takes 1–2 business days. (Note: Dispatch may be delayed in urgent situations, e.g., severe weather or natural disasters.)
- Mixed Orders: If you combine Local Stock items with Pre-Order or Korea Purchase Service items in a single order, your entire package will be dispatched together once all items arrive at our Reykjavík office, based on the item with the longest processing timeline. To receive your Local Stock items sooner, please place separate orders for Local Stock and Pre-Order/Korea Purchase Service items.

- We deliver across all of Iceland, as well as selected international destinations.
03. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Shipping fees vary depending on the region and destination country. Exact shipping fees can be checked on the checkout page.
- Free shipping applies to eligible orders over the following thresholds:
- Iceland: Free shipping on orders over 11,900 ISK
04. Shipping Carriers
- Domestic (Iceland): Dropp and Pósturinn.
- International: Pósturinn and DHL Express.
